All online quotes or phone estimates are preliminary estimates subject to on-site evaluation by our qualified technician. Official service costs will be provided before work commences, requiring customer approval.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

We strive to arrive within specified time windows. However, service times may vary due to emergency calls, traffic conditions, or unexpected delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment in full is due upon completion of service unless prior written commercial credit terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where applicable.

4. Warranties & Guarantee

Workmanship and parts warranty terms are explicitly specified on your service invoice upon completion. Unmodified manufacturer warranties apply to newly installed HVAC equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Air & Heating is not responsible for pre-existing structural or electrical conditions that affect equipment operation or installation success.
